  Worst service I've ever had. Personnel don't know how to do the simplest tasks i.e. Change of address. Wouldn't let me do it online so had to go in person and the woman had me fill out the wrong form. Couldn't refund my money for my mailbox and told me to come back in a couple days. Supervisor was there and not much help.
  Also I requested if I could have my mail sent general delivery as I was pcsing in and was told no. When did that change?
